Please read...Seeking a little help

For those of you that know me personally...this is destroying me to ask for help like this. Ok, so every fiber of my being is against what I'm about to do here but I'm out of options. I was in a relationship since I was 17 with my ex. Married for 20 years. I told her I wanted a divorce about 5 months ago, as our relationship was deteriorating. She proceeded to sell the home that we lived in, which was in her family for many many years, and she then left me with nothing. She took absolutely everything I've accumulated over 27+ years together. I'm not trying to shame her in any way. I forgive her. It may be menopause, mid-life crisis, anything ya know. I just need help please. Like most, we struggled check to check, as most families nowadays. I am gainfully employed but not enough to not need some help at this time. I have been staying in a hotel for 700/weekly. The hotel was taken over by the state for the Haitian immigrants. All tenants were given 30 days. I located shelter in another area. I was supposed to relocate there on July 29, but I received my payroll check today and there was an error made by the company, which they admit to making. But I won't get paid until next week now. I've looked into the shelter option but I work overnights, and need to rest during the day. The shelter is closed during the day. So, I'm seeking help to get through this one week please..when I receive the pay for my employers error next week...all will be well. I'm going north so i can enjoy tranquility.
