Dear Friends and Supporters,
'Passing The Baton' CIC (Community Interest Corporation) is proud to host the very first of its kind 'I Can' Careers Fair', a transformative event for Junior High School (JHS2/3) students in Adenta, Ghana. This initiative is designed to inspire, educate, and empower students by introducing them to diverse career paths and equipping them with the tools to dream big and achieve their goals. Students in Adenta will be exposed to and experience parallel opportunities offered to students in UK High Schools.
Our mission is simple: to ignite hope and possibility in young minds. This Fair will connect students with professionals from various fields, provide career counselling, and host interactive workshops that prepare them for the future.
To make this dream a reality, we need your support. We are aiming to raise funds to cover the costs of:
• Event logistics (venue setup, materials, and equipment);
• Transportation for students;
• Educational materials and resources for career guidance;
• Refreshments for attendees and volunteers; and
• A motivational speaker to inspire the students.
Your generous contribution, big or small, will help us create an impactful event that could change the lives of hundreds of students. Together, we can equip these young learners with the confidence and resources they need to believe in their potential and pursue meaningful futures.
We would like to thank you for being a part of this journey to empower the next generation. Let’s make the 'I Can' Careers Fair a resounding success!
Donate today and share this campaign with your network.
Gratefully,
Passing The Baton team
