15 day eviction notice, and Huntington's disease.

My name is Ashley, I'm fundraising so I can pay my rent I feel so low and defeated having to make this my rent keeps going up and I wasn't getting enough hours at my old job so I fell behind in my rent I was given a 15 day eviction  notice and I have till the 22 I'd be more than grateful if you are able to help. I feel so embarrassed for having to make this I'm a single mother and it's the roof over our heads ...all the government funding is gone so I can't get help from those programs. If you are able to donate I'd really appreciate it you would be saving my son and I.i have Huntingtons disease as well Wich makes every day activities difficult. I inherited from my mother and she passed away when she was 42.
