I had a Major Surgery and lost My Business

Hello there, my name is Alan Fernandez, and the reason I decided to do this GoFundMe is because I an unexpected medical emergency that required emergency surgery. I had a severe infection in big intestine by my colon, what happened is I had Diverticulitis didn't know I had a infection in my intestine for almost 9 months till I got severe pain while I was working I went through emergency surgery and had almost 11 inches of intestine removed, the intestine had ruptured and infection was spreading to my origins. Surgery was 6 hours long it was a life and death situation, a 50/50 chance of survival but i put my life in God's hand and im here to tell my story a second chance at life a blessing from the man above hes didn't need me yet my kids still have there daddy and I'm grateful for that. I had my own business and because of my surgery I lost it all because Doctors didn't allow me to get back to work. I'm considered disabled unfortunately, and im not receiving any benefits. It's been a struggle for my family and I we're a family of 6 , 2 boys, and 2 girls, my wife and myself including my special needs son. Times are hard for us and anything is appreciated. Paying medical and hospital needs outta pocket.
