I HAVE TO KEEP GOING FORWARD!!

Hi, I am David Robinson II

I have been working hard for over two years searching for my missing son, Geologist Daniel Robinson. In that fight, I needed the aid of ordinary, everyday people to help me.

I started a GoFundMe in 2021 to help me keep my boots on the ground in Arizona so that I can be on ground zero to start my search and investigation into what happened to my son. People came to my rescue. I was able to remain in Arizona for an extended time.

I also was able to start my search for Daniel in the Sonoran Desert. I needed equipment that allowed me to cover a lot of ground, supplies, and other equipment to keep volunteers safe, maps, devices, and other services required. The vehicles I had to provide for myself, my desert team, my investigator, and his team were around $2k+ weekly. I did desert searches for over 49 weeks (about 11 and a half months), covering over 35k acres. I have small pockets to search to complete my science and investigational grid.

I later hired a private investigator, started my City Search, and created a flyer distribution. As the need to maintain everything grew, people like you helped me keep things running. Funds collected in my previous GoFundMe were being used in real-time as those needs grew. Thank you.

I am starting this new GoFundMe because I need the community's help again. I need to keep my presence in Arizona to continue working with officials outside of law enforcement to get the justice and urgency I still need in my son's case. Time is of the essence. The cost of traveling from my home in South Carolina to Arizona has been tremendous. Since funding has slowed, I find it extremely hard to maintain my strong presence and keep my boots on the ground in Arizona.

I am asking you to please help me with your donation to re-establish my boots on the ground in Arizona so I can continue my fight. I also need the ability to hire an attorney to deal with complex situations, such as my son's case. I am fighting to get information from Law Enforcement and need a second attorney to help with litigation.

Your donation can also help me keep my flyer distribution. It costs me over $800 a week to have flyers printed. Since I started the Flyer Distribution, I have gotten thousands of flyers across the United States. As we know, getting out information is especially important in a case like my son's. It can reach the right person and provide leads and answers to what happened. It also helps with resources needed when I can finish my desert search in areas not yet covered.

I need to cover the permits, supplies, and equipment required to have the protests I'm planning. I plan to have a sit-in at the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office this fall to demonstrate my seriousness when I asked Sheriff Penzone to open an independent investigation into my son's case and do the forensics work that hasn't been done to date. I am covering the costs to house evidence and forensics that law enforcement is slow to do. They pass the responsibility while I pay monthly to accommodate things that should be in taxpayers' evidence lockers at a police department.

I will need the same for the physical protest at the Buckeye Police Department, where I plan to hold a protest holiday that runs for two days or more. This demonstration demands that Buckeye PD give my son's case to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, where they have the proper facilities to do Rapid forensics, more significant staff, and fresh eyes needed in my son's case.

As you have seen, I have been an active fighter for my son in many ways for over two years; much of my efforts are not spoken of here. I keep pushing. I have made a significant presence on social and news media. Everyone can see what I have done and continue to do for my son. I am doing what any parent, a father, would.

I have also created a platform that helps other families as well.

Sometimes, in a tragic circumstance, good things can come out of it. Since my son's disappearance, I have met many families with stories of their missing loved ones. That helped me to become an advocate for them. I saw the disparities and the mishandling of a case from law enforcement. I could not resist assisting other families when I could. I built a platform that I hope to grow and could help more families. I want to continue and build on my social media platform. I founded the Daniel Robinson Foundation to help other families not go through the pain I had when law enforcement broke down, and my family did not have the resources needed to search. I also want to get the Daniel Robinson Foundation actively running, which requires me to meet with my team in Arizona.

I need help to continue my efforts.

I am starting this request for $10k to help me cover the cost of getting back into Arizona and fighting for my son's justice.
