I need help protecting my daughter's future

I need help! I’m recovering from relational trauma and battling for my two-year-old daughter’s future. I was granted primary custody in November after a lengthy legal scenario that included several curve balls from Josephine’s father (JF). This process has cost $40,000 – which I’ve had to borrow. To complicate matters, JF has refused to pay past debts despite court orders. JF only began to pay child support once court ordered and it was pulled from his paycheck directly. And now has requested a new hearing even though he signed papers for a parenting plan in November. I thought at this point I would be able to rest, but now fear his antics will be ongoing. First I was beat down emotionally and psychologically and now it is financially. Contributing to this cause will help preserve and protect Josephine’s future and hopefully my sanity.
