Sarah Saxon Ruined My Nose & Now I Need Surgery Again

Once again, it is my birthday and once again I l am in crisis, I guess.

In 2022, I had FFS. There’s now a dent in my nose that shouldn’t be there and my mouth no longer closes properly at rest — as of 2023 my upper lip has mostly been fixed.

I did not consent to having my nose made smaller.

I said "leave it looking the same, I just want to be able to breathe through it." My FFS surgeon's choice to ignore me and do the opposite ruined my nose, both structurally and aesthetically.

It is extremely likely that we will now have to take healthy cartilage from other areas of my body to repair the damage she did, compromising the donor sites to save my face.

Second opinions provided by other surgeons suggest that doctor Sarah Saxon (Austin, Texas) used outdated / improper technique when she made my nose smaller WITHOUT MY CONSENT and that at the very least, disfiguring me could have easily been prevented.

She cut away supportive structures (again,

WITHOUT MY CONSENT) and since then there has been significant distortion & collapse of parts of my nose.

Old photo/video content of mine clearly shows that these issues were not present before the Surgery.
