Dear friends and family.
I humbly ask for your help paying my medical bills due
to my mitochondrial disease and Kallman Syndrome. I have had over 50 surgeries and another 3 are pending. I am uncomfortable asking for help but I'm in a horrible situation and do not want a nursing home!!
