I Survived a Stroke, But I Need Help to Recover
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Charles (Chuck).
On November 7th, 2024, my life took an unexpected turn when I suffered a rare and life-threatening stroke. While I’m incredibly fortunate to have survived with minimal complications, I face a long road to recovery. This includes careful medical monitoring, medications, and ongoing testing to ensure I stay healthy and avoid another stroke, which doctors say is a high risk in the next 30–45 days.
This health crisis came at an already challenging time. Since February 2024, I have been without full-time work, trying to start a small business while taking on contract jobs and actively searching for stable employment. Despite my efforts, I am struggling to cover basic living expenses—let alone the overwhelming medical costs ahead, including medications, doctor visits, and advanced tests like MRIs and CT scans.
I am humbly asking for your support to get through this critical time. Every contribution, no matter how small, helps cover essentials like medical care, rent, utilities, and transportation, giving me the chance to focus on my recovery.
Your kindness can help me not only overcome this immediate challenge but also rebuild my life with health and stability. I know times are tough for everyone, and it’s difficult to ask for help, but I am truly grateful for any blessing you can share—whether it’s a donation, a share, or words of encouragement.
Thank you for standing by me during this time.
With much gratitude,
Chuck
