I want to build my future and my brother's with your help

My name is Ismail Akram Hussein, and I am 27 years old. I am a husband and father to two beautiful children. Our life was simple but filled with love, ambition, and dreams for a better future.

As an agricultural engineer, my greatest goal was to create a stable life for my family and establish a thriving farming project. Over the years, through perseverance and hard work, I was able to build a small home for my family—a place filled with warmth and love. Alongside this, I developed a modest plant nursery that became both a dream fulfilled and a livelihood for my family. The cost of the project exceeded $30,000, which I invested from my savings over years of hard work. Each plant I cultivated symbolized hope, growth, and a step toward a brighter future.

I was not alone in this journey. My brother Mohammed stood by my side, sharing my dreams and supporting me through every challenge. Together, we worked tirelessly, driven by the shared vision of building a better life for our families.

But one fateful night, the war shattered everything we had built. Our home was reduced to rubble, and my beloved nursery, the result of years of dedication and sacrifice, was burned to the ground. In mere moments, my dreams collapsed before my eyes, leaving behind nothing but ashes and despair.

Today, Mohammed and I find ourselves with nothing—no home, no work, no possessions. The life we once knew has turned into a haunting nightmare. Yet, amid the destruction, my faith remains unbroken. I believe in the power of hope, and I hold on to the belief that even in the darkest times, kindness and goodness can prevail.

Together, my brother and I have decided to take a step forward. We have launched a donation campaign with the hope of rebuilding what we lost. This campaign is not just about restoring our home and nursery—it is about reclaiming our dreams and giving my family a chance to live with dignity once more.

This is my story, and these images show the life I had before and after the war. I humbly ask for your support to help us plant the seeds of hope again and rebuild a future filled with love, strength, and resilience.

*War may tear us down, but it will never extinguish our faith in starting over.*

*A moment of happiness with my daughter, reminding me always why I must continue striving to build a better future for my family.

This is my brother Mohammed, who was with me at every moment of my work.

This is our home, where our lives were filled with joy and hope. Every corner held beautiful memories, and each day shone with love among family members. It was the place where we felt safe and at peace, until the day the war destroyed it. But despite everything, its memories remain engraved in our hearts, and we will continue to hope for the rebuilding of what we lost.
