I was carjacked at gunpoint at work.

Hey guys, it’s really crazy to be typing this but on July 30th 2024, I was held at gun point and car jacked in front of my job in the city of Chicago. I’m utterly grateful my life was spared and that in the wake of an awful situation, it was only material items that were taken from me. Still, it is very difficult to navigate making it to and from work, home and appointments. Even worse, my car wasn’t insured at the time so Im still financially responsible for a car I don’t have possession of. I have no idea where my Honda Civic is and when (or if) it’s found I have to be realistic about the condition it’s in. I am actively seeking a budget-friendly replacement to restore normalcy in my life. Any contribution, regardless of size, would be greatly appreciated. thank youuuuuuu
