I was in a hit by a truck on my motorcycle

Hi my name is Logan, on October 12, 2023 I was hit by a truck while riding to my friends house. When I went to turn the truck ran the stop sign and hit me. I have a broken femur, fibia , tibia, had 5 blood transfusions, and eight broken ribs. I was in the pediatric ICU for 5 weeks, I have had multiple surgeries. I am currently in a wheelchair with an x-fix and waiting for my skin grafts and bones to heal. I am asking for help with my medical expenses and rehabilitation cost.
