Frank Jones REV Firefighter Tumor

Frank Jones is the Assistant Chief of River's End Volunteer Fire Department, Brazoria, Texas. He has been involved in the volunteer fire service for over 20 years! His world is family, and fire. Depending on whether there is an actual fire, family comes first. Frank is passionate about the fire service, and spends a good deal of time not only in our fire department's coverage area, but also in assisting other local fire departments, attending meetings, and as an instructor. Being a fireman is in his blood, and he so looks forward to being a firefighter again!
He also volunteers with the Brazoria County Cavalry- an organization that honors veterans, past, present and future.
Three years ago he badly shattered his hip, and had hip replacement surgery. That surgery did not "take" well, so a year later he had a second surgery done. That one was better, and though he limps, and is in pain, he still walks and fights fires. This past February he began to feel dizzy and have nausea. The docs thought it was was an ear infection, and gave him antibiotics. That did not help. Then they thought a balance disorder, nope. Perhaps a heart condition? There was one, so we are very grateful. He had a stent put in in August. That did not help with the dizziness, which has gotten increasingly worse.
Finally, he was sent for a brain MRI, which showed a brain tumor. Surgery is scheduled for the 15th of January, but his symptoms are now rapidly increasing (they have been getting steadily worse slowly since February). The surgeon says they may have to do the surgery sooner.
The symptoms have gotten so bad that he can barely get out of bed. My strong, active beautiful husband is trying so hard to be strong and stoic. I only hear the groans of pain and suffering when he is asleep. He is on steroids to help the swelling, on medication for the nausea, but they are no longer helping.
He has been working at Goe Kawasaki as their Finance Manager for a few months, and they have been wonderful- saying that his job will be there when he recovers from his surgery. However, there is no income, and the bills are the same.
We do not need much, just a little to cover the house bills and food until he is back on his feet. Thank each and every one of you who can help us.
