Alzheimer's Association

Almost 4  years ago my grandfather was diagnosed with demenetia. I watched this disease take him away faster than I thought. Last Monday, 11/24/2014 my grandfather passed away in his sleep. The hardest thing I think for his family was not being able to be there or knowing there is nothing you can do but watch this horrible disease pick at their brain until there is nothing left. I'm starting this gofundme account to raise money to the alzeizheimer's association so say they can further research alzeihmer's and dementia so maybe in the future there can be a cure. In addition to this, I am doing this because my grandfather donated his body to UCLA for science. All he ever wanted to do was help people whether they be family, friends or even strangers. I know he would want this. Any little donation helps. Thank you.
