As most of you know, Jack Wildes will be going through heart surgery September 16th, 2016. The support from everyone has been so helpful and uplifting to our family and we thank you all so much. We are creating this page to help with some of the extra expenses in and outside of the initial surgery cost.
Many of you have been asking for a way to provide donations and services to our family and we believe this is the most efficient way. All donations will be used to support the cost of the surgery and begin funding the long recovery ahead.
We thank you all again for your support, love and prayers. We will be providing regular updates on this website throughout Jack's journey!
