Ian Aponte Funeral and Medical Expenses

This little angel Ian Aponte heartbreakingly lost his battle with Brain Cancer last Friday. Ian had an incredibly courageous spirit. He had five surgeries, the first one being done only a year after being born. Ian was a fighter. His strength was a trait he inherited from his parents, however, even the strongest of people need help at times.

Ian’s parents have more than overextended themselves with all the necessary medical expenses. They had to make numerous trips for medical treatments for precious Ian, as well as purchasing very expensive medical equipment to help him at home. With the upcoming funeral costs, and the medical debt they accrued; this has left the Aponte Family in dire straits.

The pain of losing a young child is already an unbearable task no parent should have to face. Compounding that adversity with weight of financial debt is something the Aponte Family should not be burdened with right now. That’s why we are reaching out and advocating for them.
