Ibrahim needs balloon after a major heart attack

Hi my name is Akila , the wife of Ibrahim Yagoub from Houston Texas. My husband came to Mecca, Saudi Arabia on March. 14 for a religious pilgrimage but unfortunately had a massive heart attack. He was brought to a government hospital who did not have a balloon device.i flew in on the 16 and two of my daughters flew in on the 29th to support me. In the past 14 days while he is in ICU, we have been going hospital to hospital begging them to do this procedure and save his life, but we have been turned down by all of them. One doctor from a hospital signed the medical transfer and is willing to do the procedure, but the administration needs $20000 dollars deposit. I need this ASAP to save his life and bring him home to Houston where his four children and nine grandchildren are waiting for him. The U.S. Embassy will not get involved since it is hospital policies. As American citizens we are so helpless and he is a great person loved by his colleagues in United Airlines and family and friends .
