Support Figure Skating Champions India and Eron

Hi! We are India Nette and Eron Westwood, a Senior Ice Dance team representing Australia on the International Skating Union competition circuit.

We've competed at two ISU Four Continents Championships, and are going into this current 2023-24 season as the Australian National Champions, and international medallists after a successful previous season. One of our proudest achievements was leading up to the 2022 Bejing Olympics, when we were named Australian reserves. Our dreams reach so much further than this, but we can't do it without your help.

During our career we have been training in London, England. Whilst we and our dedicated coaches have come a long way, we now need to be in a serious training environment to progress further. Our next goal is to compete at World Championships. Our current environment, unfortunately, caters primarily to recreational skating - we share our training ice with mixed ages, disciplines, and ability levels, from beginners to the elderly.

We do not receive any financial support, and we both work full-time coaching jobs to fund our training and competitions. Unfortunately, this is an unsustainable reality when trying to train abroad in a more appropriate environment.

This leaves us with the difficult decision of facing our retirement, or reaching out to our community for financial help.

Our goal is to secure funding to train with training mates, on safe ice, and access the facilities and resources our competitors have.
