As parents the last thing we want is to see is our kids in pain. This wonderful amazing family has been battling for the last 16 months and will continue too, until Kody is cancer FREE!! Any donation helps!
Information regarding Kody:
Kody has been battling melanoma for 16 months. It started on the bottom of his foot. Melanoma has spread to his knee, groin, and lungs and on 11/29 we found out that it has spread to his brain. He has had 3 surgeries, tried 3 different immune/chemo treatments and had 15 sessions of radiation on the back of his knee. He had his first dose of a new drug called Keytruda (PD-1) that is showing some great results in helping to battle melanoma. He is currently getting 10 sessions of whole brain radiation. He will be getting numerous PET scans, MRI’s and CT scans. Most of his treatment will be in Reno but we will travel to San Francisco quite often to see his melanoma specialist. Any help is greatly appreciated.
