ICU Garden project- Royal Oldham Hospital

I will be trekking up Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania on the September 10, 2022 for this well deserved cause. I would be grateful if you could donate money to me for our Oldham ICU Garden project. The money generated will then be used to buy plants and ornaments for the garden where the ICU patients can have a positive sensory experience and away from being confined between the walls and ceilings indoors. Our ICU patients can be wheeled out with the ventilator and can meet up with relatives and pets in a different environment thereby improving mood and help with physical rehabilitation. Thanks to Laura Coleman (Well Being Lead) and Helen Torry( ACCP) and the team who came with this brilliant idea of an ICU garden and will be using the proceeds for improvement of patient stay in our ICU.
