ICU/ER nurse PPE

I am raising money to provide for ICU/ER nurses to have proper protective equipment in So Cal during the COVID-19 pandemic. I am searching very odd places to secure PPE from unconventional places.  The main constraint is FINDING the stuff which takes considerable effort. It IS out there. Its in welding shops, peoples garages, paint stores, custodians rooms, warehouses, craigslist, construction workers and anywhere else. I go there, talk to people, purchase it and get it in the hands of healthcare professionals. 

I bring these things off the shelves and immediately in the hands of the hospitals that need them the most. If I get a text from hospital staff that they are out of something, I hustle and try and get it done. I attempt to focus on finding the stuff that has slipped through the cracks and would have been on a shelf for a few weeks before.

In some cases I work with the nurses in need directly. In others I work with hospital officials.
