Rebuilding My Life for the Fourth Time: A Heart-Wr

 Imagine waking up to a video documenting the destruction of your dreams. On January 6, 2024, this devastating reality struck me. The Israeli occupation forces bombed the film city I painstakingly established in 2021—my first project and sole source of income. This wasn’t the first time.

From Dreams to Devastation Starting this project from scratch in Gaza, under an oppressive blockade, was incredibly challenging. I poured my heart and soul into creating unique shooting angles and transforming the concept of photography sessions. Despite the immense difficulties, I was determined to secure a better future for myself and my family.

Rising from the Ashes, Again and Again Our place became a beloved spot in Gaza, known for its distinctive angles. But in 2021, the Israeli occupation demolished our dreams just days before our grand opening. We rebuilt, only to be attacked again in 2022. Yet, I refused to give up. I worked relentlessly, knowing this was our only source of income. In early 2023, the occupation forces struck again, not just damaging, but detonating our beautiful place on Gaza’s beach.

A Cry for Help This time is different. The occupation obliterated everything. Despite this unimaginable pain, I won’t hesitate to rebuild from day one after the aggression ends. But I can’t do it alone.
