IFBB World Championship in Japan

My name is Ewelina and I am an athlete proudly representing Ireland internationally. I am the Irish and European Champion in Bikini Wellness.

My fitness dream began 3 years ago, when I challenged myself to step on a bodybuilding stage for my 40th birthday. Impossible is nothing! I set myself a goal to compete side by side with way younger and more experienced contestants, and so I did. Having turned up for the gym day by day, home-cooking and weighing each gram of my food allowance I finally got awarded with a big round of applause at Nationals but the biggest prize was to prove myself strong, persistent and worthy.

This first performance changed my life and since then I have become the RIBBF Irish champion and IFBB European champion in Masters Bikini Wellness.

Bodybuilding is a big sacrifice – gym routine, strict diet, cardio workouts, posing sessions, making time by waking up at 4.30a.m. (as a mom of 2 kids, a wife with a job lack of time is a big issue)…I have taught myself how to cope with that, however, the biggest challenge are exorbitant expenses.

Competition fees and all costs involved in international performances add up to thousands of euro.

Unfortunately there are no government or federation funds in Ireland available for bodybuilders and we have to cover all the costs with private money.

I am determined to fight for the medal for Ireland in the World Championship in Tokyo, Japan and I strongly believe nothing can stop me! Not even horrendous expenses. Therefore, I am raising money to support basic costs of World Championship in Tokyo, Japan. Having come as far as winning European Championships in Spain in May in 2024, I will not miss the opportunity to represent Ireland at such a prestigious event this very year.

So if you are not able to cheer me in person in Tokyo , please support me financially and I will do my best not to disappoint Ireland at World Championships!
