Oakie's Big Heart

As some of you may know, Oakie Schroyer has had major heart surgery. We are fortunate to still have Oak in our lives.  We are still graced with his singing and (well I guess you can call it dancing) huge heart.

 As you can imagine, this is a devastating set-back and one that will change his life forever. Sometimes these events do not do justice to our bank accounts so we have to look at options.  Sometimes there are no options and sometimes there are options that we never knew were possible. 

We are asking for some donations to directly help Oakie offset the day to day expenses that he will endure.

Oakie has been a part of many families.  His smile, his grace, and of course his big hug.  We all struggle from time to time but it’s our framework that sees us through.  We all believe that Oakie dawned the #1 jersey while at Whitmer for a reason.  He is #1 in our hearts and #1 in the program.
