IHS NFFE Members Lost to Covid-19

A number of IHS NFFE members have lost their lives to Covid-19, often contracting it from their job duties at clinics and hospitals.  Among the lives lost are Althea Ironcloud, Larry and Samantha Black Eagle, Jonnie Sheehan, and IHS Council President Verle Follette.   Several, including Follette, (pictured above, on the right) left behind dependents who are struggling with both the emotional and financial loss of these dedicated federal employees.
