Recently, our beloved brother and son Esteven Gomez unexpectedly passed away at the age of 26. He was shot by a police officer while in custody. As the youngest of a family of 9, it has been very difficult for us and our mother to see him leave this world so early and at such a young age. Not only has this impacted our family emotionally, but his death also financially crippled us.
