Im a Nonbinary Immigrant in Need of Safe Housing

My name is Zaira Padilla, I'm an undocumented nonbinary student. I'm doing this fundraiser because I need to move out from my parent's abusive household. For the past 3 years I have been able to endure through my parents constant abuse and manipulation. This has led me to attempts of suicide and other dangerous affairs. In 2019, I stopped attending college because I wanted to focus on saving money to move out the following year. Due to the covid-19 quarantine, I lost my job and all of my savings. In addition to this my parents abusive behavior has grown to the point where I desperately need to leave. My goal of $20,000 will cover my housing, relocation and transportation needs. Additionally, it will help me pay for my tuition and books for the fall semester 2020. I'm greatful for any donations to support my cause.
