Hello, my name is Timothy. I'm on disability through the state. they only pay $750. my rent is $895. I've been getting behind since August. SSI is stalling the process. The state of Washington has me listed as "ABD" aged, blind, disabled. I have a broken back and I also need a second hip replacement. I really need some help.
