I'm asking for help to make it through surgery

As most of you know by now I've been dealing with extreme pain and struggle to stand or walk for more than a few minutes at a time. As a result of this, I haven't been able to work and as you know, the bills don't care and don't stop. I'm behind due to not being able to work and I'm scared to death that I'm going to lose everything I've worked for. My car is in danger of being repossessed and I only have 18 months left to pay on it.

I've never asked for help for myself. It's always been about other people. But I have to face the fact that it's me that needs help this time. Anything that you can give would be more appreciated than you could possibly know. Asking for help is one of the hardest things that I've ever had to do. But I'm at my whits end and don't see any other way at this point. Again, anything would be amazing. If you can't help than I would appreciate all of the prayers that you care to send me. Thank you for looking and I hope you consider helping. Once this surgery is through, I promise to be the absolute best person that I can be and will continue helping any and everyone in need that I'm capable of helping.
