I’m going to walk 5000 more
Oliver wishes to help the people that
help him!
I’m Oliver and I’m 7, a brother to my twin Reuben and big sister Caoimhe & a
fabulous son to my parents, Alison &
Kevin.
I have Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy and unfortunately find walking very difficult. But I can do it, with the aid of my walker. So I’ve set myself a challenge, I’m gonna walk 5000 meters outside my door, and be the boy who raises money !
Raising some money for
those people who help me be the best I
can and in turn motivate me to keep
moving. It’s gonna take me a while ,
maybe 100 days but we’ve all got time on our hands at the moment so let’s go.
My chosen charities are ;
Enable Ireland , my main services
provider,
Dogs for the Disabled, who help train
dogs to assist people with walking,
and CUH Charity, where I attend my
neurologist for my epilepsy treatment
and care .
Today the 16th May I’ve done my 1st 100
meters. Only 4,900 left to go !!
So if you can donate whatever you can
and if even only a smile and cheer it will
help me along the way.
