I'm in need of a reliable car for medical appt.'s

My name is Darlene and I am in need of a reliable car.My current vehicle is 22 years old and needs suspension work, back window, radiator, door seals and a lot of body work. It is not worth putting money into. I live on a fixed income and have had several medical issues. I use a walker for mobility and have had several surgeries. The car is needed for me to get to appointments and therapy sessions. Also to attend church and 12 step meetings for social and emotional support. I really need your help!
