I'm raising money to help Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery

On Monday 26th August at 2:44am a major fire destroyed the Spectrum building Freshwater Road, where Monkey Puzzle Chadwell Heath Day Nursery is located.

Monkey Puzzle is a fantastic nursery that provides outstanding care to the children and families whom are part of the MPCH community. The hardworking and dedicated team, who work tirelessly each day to provide the best experiences for our children, are absolutely devastated that the nursery setting is no longer fit for purpose and from photos shared online, the rooms where our children learn and play are completely gutted.

The owner and management team are working to try and find an alternative provision to set up a temporary nurturing nursery, so they can continue to provide care for our children. This will allow us parents to return to work as usual and also provide work for their staff. This is not going to be an easy task given ALL of the children's toys and learning resources have been completely destroyed by the fire.

As a parent of the nursery, I would like to try and help raise funds to help the nursery get back up and running to the amazing, safe space it is for many of the B&D community.

ALL funds will be used on replenishing the nursery environment.
