The Film:
The same team that brought you the acclaimed short films SPANISH LESSON, THE LAST PAPERBOY, NEXT DAY’S NEWS and the film festival favorite HEROES’ HONEYMOON is back with an exciting new project. It’s called IMAGINARY FRIENDS and it will absolutely blow your mind.
Meet Daniel Whittaker, a happily mediocre man who makes a modest living writing how-to-books. His wife calls him the most well-adjusted person she’s ever met. His agent has been after him to become a flashy social media personality, but Daniel’s content with the way things are. Until the day he begins receiving text messages from a mysterious stranger begging for forgiveness. Daniel has no memory of anything traumatic ever happening to him, but the stranger’s repeated apologies lead him on an unnerving journey that ends with a revelation that will change his life forever.
IMAGINARY FRIENDS delivers genuine chills. Can we count on you to help bring it to the screen? Your generous support will help the film reach a wide audience. To those who have helped us in the past and those who are new to Wonder Pictures, we offer our heartfelt thanks.
