IMHA BLOOD Transfusion funding help for Lux

Hi Everyone,

My Name is Lux Valinotti; I am 6 yrs old. I was found on a bus by a charming Veterinarian 2 years ago who introduced me to my forever mommy. I have recently been diagnosed with IMHA (Immune-mediated Hemolytic Anemia), which means my body's immune system destroys its own red blood cells. This often leads to severe anemia and poor oxygen delivery to multiple organs. In my case, it did lead to Anemia, and I needed an emergency blood transfusion to help replace my Red Blood Cells. Unfortunately, my body isn't recuperating fast enough, so I may need another transfusion and more overnight care. My mommy works as a Veterinary Assistant, and although we have received a discount, the total cost is more than our family can handle. I am fighting so that I can have more time with my mommy and go back to cuddles and head scratches.
