Immediate Action Memorial Service for my Dad

I have a humongous problem in front of me right now...SO URGENT!
I am writing this because I just found out last Friday, Sept. 4, 2020, the day we are bringing the clothes of Papi to the funeral home that he is not covered by their service due to contestability period which was not disclosed to me by the agent. I was complacent that Papi is already in the care of the the funeral home but unfortunately he is still in the hospital morgue up to this time Sept. 7, 2020. Mama and I are in dire need of help to lay to rest my loving Papi. That day on Sept. 4, 2020, Mom and I were at the funeral home from 10:30am to 5:00pm trying to figure out how to resolve the issue.
There has been a discrepancy, a big mistake made by the agent of the funeral service provider where I signed up for my Papa... we are victim of misrepresentation of materials in the insurance industry. Right now, my time is limited to take actions againt the insurance/funeral provider. We needed to take Papi out from Sunnybrook morgue and give him a decent service so he will finally rest in peace.
On August 31, 2020 Papi (Dad) passed away so suddenly in the hospital. Mama and I are really very sad of his passing especially me who took care of him 24/7 in the past months.
Before this happens early on, I deemed it wise to buy a prepaid funeral services paying $210/month to give us peace on any expenses that would incur when the time comes. Unfortunately, it all backfired on me that the memorial plan I bought has a contestability period which was never disclosed to me by the seller of the services. Have I known that there will be problems ahead of time I should have taken actions the day he died to resolve the issue and give him the memorial service intended for him. It was just discussed to me 5 days after he died (Sept. 4, 2020) by the funeral director that we have to pay for the funeral expenses due to contestability period and I was shocked. I thought we were just bringing his clothes. I cried when I've heard about the contestability period. I thought my Dad is already in their care but it wasn't. Papi is still lying in the hospital's morgue.
Please help us bring Papi in a quiet place and home where he is intended to be as I really didn't have enough because I am still on small amount of disability pay. I have depleted my resources and savings since the motor vehicle accident that I could not go back to work due to the great ordeal of pains I have suffered for 8 years that I ended up going through a delicate spine surgery.
