IMMEDIATE LIFE-SAVING SURGERY NEEDED
Tax deductible
Peridot, a young female cat in Loveland, Colorado, ate a piece of foam too large to pass. It has completely blocked her intestine, and she needs immediate emergency surgery to remove it.
Unfortunately, a holiday weekend is a terrible time to need surgery for a pet, and the only option is a 24-hour pet ER clinic. As a result, the surgery will cost "at least $5000" (quoted by ER vet). The diagnosis alone already cost owner Rachael Oswald $600, and her income is insufficient to handle the required surgery expense all at once.
Fleet of Angels is an equine aid organization and is not able to help fund surgery for a cat, but we want to help owner Rachael Oswald raise funds so Peridot can have this operation tonight if possible. Rachael is a lovely, caring owner, and Peridot is a beloved member of her family - which includes two little girls who are very attached to her.
Please help share this Go Fund Me link. We need to raise these funds right NOW, or Peridot may not survive her unfortunate situation.
(If sufficient funds are raised, Fleet of Angels will advance the funds to the vet and be reimbursed when Go Fund Me funds are released. If the surgery doesn't happen, funds will be returned to donors. )
