**Support the Relocation of Impact Lounge: A Safe Space for All**

Dear friends, family, and supporters of Impact LoungeTO,

Impact Lounge was created with one powerful vision: to provide a welcoming space where all individuals—regardless of ethnicity, gender, sexuality, creed, or politics—could come together, celebrate, and make an impact. As the owner and general manager, I have always been committed to fostering a sense of inclusivity, offering opportunities for our most marginalized communities, and giving back through events, job opportunities, and donations.

Unfortunately that vision was abruptly interrupted. Despite being fully up to date on rent, the landlord’s agent illegally changed the locks, cutting off access to our cherished space and halting our beloved programming. Hindsight is indeed 20/20—had I anticipated this injustice, I would have better prepared. Every dollar earned from Impact Lounge was dedicated to ensuring our staff were paid fairly and maintaining the safety and quality of the space. Now, I find myself in a difficult position and am reaching out to ask for your help.

I’m thrilled to announce that Impact Lounge has been approved for a new, safer, and even more vibrant. This new space will allow us to continue our mission of creating a safe and inclusive environment for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and beyond.

We need your support to bring this dream back to life. Your donations will go directly towards covering essential moving expenses, including the first and last month’s rent and the security deposit for the new venue. The new location is fully licensed and ready for us to begin operations, but we need the funds to make this transition possible.

In return for your generosity, we will maintain full transparency by releasing a detailed ledger, showing exactly how your contributions are being used. Your support, whether big or small, will be instrumental in keeping Impact Lounge alive and thriving.
