What is IMPACT?

IMPACT Walls is a 501(c)(3)Non-profit organization* whose mission is to affect positive change and motivate students by bringing relatable art to their schools and community, and by making environmental changes in order to precipitate fruitful learning.

What is the Brookline Commission for the Arts (BCA)?

The Brookline Commission for the Arts supports all visual and performing artists and arts organizations in our town by offering grants made possible by state and local grants (and you!) and by promoting cultural events happening throughout Brookline every year.

We are a volunteer board who are passionate about growing and developing the arts and events in Brookline. We know that investment in art is an investment in our culture, our vitality, our people, our businesses, and our community as a whole. We hope that you can join us in this work as an artist or a champion of art.

Why Should You Donate?

Public art inspires and motivates, it drives change and spreads joy!!

IMPACT Walls is collaborating with the Brookline Commission for the Arts through the Brookline Art Makes Community initiative to bring incredible art to the Brookline community. With your help, we will turn Brookline into an inspirational outdoor art museum and sponsor projects that will empower the community, beautify the environment, and bring in new visitors. To do this, we need your help! We have the artists, we have the walls, we just need the funding! The more money we raise, the more art we will be able to bring to the community. Every little bit counts so please help however you can!

How Do Your Donations Help Us?

Each and every donation brings us closer to our goal of being able to bring numerous murals that inspire students and the community. All donations help whether large or small! Below is a list of the different ways that your donations help out our project.

$500 - Covers all the paint and materials for a small mural (Primer, Spray Cans, Etc.)

$750- $1250 - Covers all the paint and materials for a medium sized mural (Primer, Spray Cans, Etc.)

$1,000- $1,750 - Covers all costs to paint a small mural by a local or international artist (Artist Fee, All paint and materials, Etc.) 

$2,000 - $2,500 - Covers all the paint and materials for a large sized mural (Primer, Spray Cans, Etc.)

$4,500- $6,000 - Covers all costs to paint a medium mural by a local or international artist (Artist Fee, All paint and materials, Etc.) 

$8,000- $10,000 - Covers all costs to paint a large mural by a local or international artist (Artist Fee, All paint and materials, Etc.)

Our Story

I began my journey in street art during a trip to London in 2016. My dad and I were taking a day to venture around the city when we saw beautiful murals surrounding us from all angles. These artworks portrayed colors, innovation, intrigue and the creativity of the artist that I had never seen before. Since then, my brother and I have been fortunate enough to hunt street art around the world from places like New York all the way to Thailand. Out of all the experiences, we have been most inspired from my interactions with the artists, and being able to build long lasting relationships with them. With IMPACT, we hope to bring art and artists from around the world to local schools and communities so everyone has the opportunity to experience what I did 4 years ago in London.

Where does the Money Go?

The money raised will be used to contract local and international artists to create art for Brookline, support the local community, and pay artists.

We believe strongly that all artists should get paid for the time and effort they put into creating these masterpieces. So 100% of the donations for this project will go to paying for all materials and supplies needed, artist fees, and all other aspects deemed necessary for the project.
