Swim course buoys for Hammerhead Ocean Marathon

The Hammerhead Ocean Marathon in Jacksonville Beach is a community open water swim event that benefits the Volunteer Life Saving Corps, a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization, which has served Jacksonville Beach since 1912.

My own experience with the swim showed me that more marker buoys were needed to help swimmers judge their progress on the swim. I am buying seven buoys and associated ground tackle. I will donate them to Susan Wallis (an officer of the VLSC) for the benefit of the VLSC. This fund raiser is to reimburse me for the direct material costs only. Any overage will be donated to the VLSC.
