Help save Albert’s house and dog

Hello my name is Kurtis Kranich. Recently my Uncle Albert Kranich passed away. Albert fought Lukiemia for over fifteen years. When he passed he left an overwhelming list of repairs needed done on his residence. When he passed he left behind his dog that he loved and brought him great happiness while he was still here. Recently when I went to visit Allen at his dad's house where they both lived. I noticed the living conditions of the trailer are in need of extensive repair. Last winter's rain ruined what repairs were being done by Allen. The bathroom needs completely rebuilt and is hardly usable. Allen is now on his own after staying with his dad the entire time he had Lukiemia, and the dog needs a fenced in safe area she can play while Allen is working . Albert was a proud man and never asked for help. Allen did what he could most of the time and never asked for much help with it either. Now that Albert has passed away I'm stepping in to try and help my cousin, our friend save and keep his Dad's house and dog Piper. I'm setting an ambitious goal because the repair list and materials list is very lengthy. I have resources and plan on saving costs by doing much of the work myself with the help of Allen and his Brother Greg Kranich. All funds raised will be spent on materials. Thank you For Helping...
