Improving Thornhill football pitches

Hi Everyone,

I am looking to gain some local support. I have started a project to improve the play area at the Thornhill football field giving kids access to better sports facilities and a safer place for them to play. There is a lack of play areas in the Grange and there is a lot of unused space at the football field. I feel the area could be improved.
I have contacted the Moray Council who have agreed to mark out 2x five aside football pitches and a rounders area. They are also open to any suggestions for other outdoor activities that would encourage kids to play outside.
I have been advised that there are local community groups that might be willing to help with the funding for some of the equipment, but I am planning to  raise funds for 2 sets of 5 aside football goals and other equipment needed which will be free to use by all kids with no booking or hiring required.
