IMS Terps fans boosting Maryland basketball's NIL
Donation protected
We're barely $4,000 of our community donation goal, let's get it going again across the finish line!
All donations will go into a collective community donation from the InsideMDSports' fan community to Maryland basketball's NIL collective, to benefit Terps athletes, support Maryland basketball's recruiting efforts and build mutually beneficial promotional NIL partnerships between IMS and Maryland basketball players!
InsideMDSports has been partnering since Turtle NIL since its inception to help Maryland's Name, Image and Likeness organization raise money to benefit Maryland basketball and its players.
Money contributed to the fund helps connect athletes with brands, and create valuable content, creating opportunities for Maryland basketball players to monetize their Name, Image and Likeness. The NIL marketplace has become highly competitive, with many players making it a major factor in choosing schools or determining whether to stay at their current schools.
Turtle NIL doesn't offer recruits NIL inducements to pick Maryland, but it's no secret among top recruits which schools have strong NIL programs for their players. A healthy NIL program is a lifeline in today's college basketball environment.
**Why donate through IMS? All donations made over $100 will receive a free InsideMDSports T-shirt or hat. All donations over $200 will receive a free IMS hoodie. In addition, IMS will contribute all profits from our shirt sale to Turtle NIL!**
"Many schools, particularly ones with rabid fanbases have successfully employed this player engagement club model, and we felt with the tremendous success of the team under Coach Willard's leadership, and the re-engagement of the fanbase, it was the right time to launch this” said Turtle NIL Co-founder Harry Geller, a Maryland alum, longtime high-level Terps supporter and adjunct professor at Maryland's Smith School of Business.
