In Beautiful Memory of Duck (Larry Dean) Birdine III

As a community, we are mourning the unexpected loss of Duck (Larry Dean) Birdine III on January 14, 2025. Duck was deeply loved by family, friends, and all who knew him. He loved his family, playing video games with his friends and his cousin Peter, and working and eating at Raising Cane’s. He was OU’s unofficial mascot from 2005-2008 and beyond. He was also getting his degree in computer science at his parents’ alma mater, OU.

As his family comes to terms with this unimaginable loss, we are reaching out for support to cover services for his celebration of life expenses and honor his memory in a way that reflects the love and light he brought into the world. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help ease the financial burden during this difficult time and allow his family to focus on celebrating Duck’s beautiful life.
