In Celebration of Samona Nelson

On behalf of Samona’s daughters,

Samona Nelson passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 5th. She lives on through her three daughters, her beloved grandchildren and endless family members and friends. To know Samona was to love Samona; she lived her life both vibrantly and authentically. Stranger or friend, she’d never miss the chance to put a smile on your face. She had the ability to make everyone feel at home anytime they showed up, always making sure you had food to eat, never letting you leave without a laugh, she loved and took care of her people. 

Samona wanted people to remember her how they knew and experienced her. Organizing a fitting celebration comes with its own set of challenges and this is where we turn to you for support. All donations will help assist her family through this time as well as cover the cost of the upcoming celebration of life worthy of the Samona we know and love. 

Mom, Nana, Auntie, Sister, Friend. Your presence here will be missed, but you will be celebrated forever.
