In Choe (Mama) Support

On the night of Oct 14th, my family had our rock - our foundation, snatched from us. My beautiful, strong, hard working mother lived her life caring for others and showing endless compassion - even to strangers.

She tirelessly worked every day, running our family McChord Mart, to support her family. She was beloved by everyone, and I mean literally everyone. She showed kindness to each and every person that walked through her life. Customers always called her "Mama" or "Mama-san". She was the type of person to feed and shelter the homeless. Or if people didn't have the money to pay for their items, she would smile and tell them to pay next time they come in.

Her bright smile, crinkling eyes, and adorably friendly personality will be greatly missed. She was a cute petite woman with a blunt, firecracker attitude and personality. She worked hard to give her family the best.

Please help support the Choe family in these tough times. To be honest, we didn't think of setting up this gofundme until our neighbors kept asking, wanting to show their support.

This is also an embarrassing post I have written, I wish I could be more detailed of how wonderful a woman she was.. but my head can’t think clearly to type out all I wish I can say about her. She was my everything and I don’t have her anymore. This is a confusing and painful time for us. She was taken too suddenly from our lives.
