In Honor of Yeobdar Egouale

Dear family,
As you all know, our Yeobdar Egouale has been battling a series of health complications for the last few years. Despite the challenges she‘s facing, she has been such a brave, fierce, and resilient spirit. Recently, her situation has intensified and she is in critical condition.
Unfortunately, due to the global pandemic, none of the family members in the US are able to go to Ethiopia to be there with her and the family during this extremely hard time. To send our love, strength, and support to Yeobdar, as well as Gash Lakew, Desta, Hibret, Dereje, and Fidel, we want to raise $5,000 USD to help cover the expenses for the funeral.
Each of us have been inspired by Yeobdar’s incredibly meaningful life, touched by her heartfelt compassion, and genuinely grateful for the radiant presence she has been for all who knew her. We have such a profound respect and deep love for Yeobdar.
