ERIC JAMES VILLARREAL
On July 4th 2024 our family unexpectedly suffered a great loss.
Let us tell you a story of a man who was a wonderful husband, an amazing father, and loving grandfather. Eric touched so many people with his stories of life and love. His laugh was like no other and would brighten any room he entered. He always knew how to help others any way he could, whether that was with his hands or his heart he was always there. No matter what dad did, he put his heart and soul into it and just loved life. Family was the most important thing to him, along with his fur babies. Joining the FFA was his way of showing support and connection to his son Jeremiah’s passion for animals. His love for helping people really came out in his job as a Tow Truck Operator and Battery Tech at Elevate Towing working alongside his son Eric Jr who taught each other so much. He made so many friends along the way just by being the kind person that he was.
He was loyal and devoted to his beliefs as one of Jehovah’s witnesses. His beliefs in part are what made him the type of caring person he was. Dad’s humor was always quirky and on point bringing so much joy to others. Not a lot of things could ever bring dads spirit down. His pride and joy came from being married to his lovely wife Irene for 34 golden years, watching his sons Eric Raul Anthony Villarreal and Jeremiah Austin James Villarreal grow up into the men they are today, and being there for his grandsons, Colton Warren Villarreal and Weston James Villarreal, who loved their papa more than anything. Dad will always be in our hearts and will forever be missed by all who knew him.
We love you Papa!
