In honor of fallen Sgt. Dustin Demonte

In honor of Sgt. Dustin Demonte, the Zafiris Dunkin' group is collecting donations. All proceeds will be given to the Demonte family.

Prior to his service in the law enforcement community, Sgt. Dustin Demonte spent nearly six years with our Dunkin' family. Throughout college and his schooling Dustin worked full time in several different management roles throughout the Zafiris family Dunkin' network. He spread his light and kindness within our restaurants in Cromwell, Bloomfield, and East Hartford, CT. The impact he left was always the brightest, the warmest, and leaving a trail of smiles behind him.

When Dustin applied for a role in law enforcement, he had told us that we would receive calls from his supervisors regarding his character and time spent within our his career at Dunkin'. It was a bittersweet moment to share how truly special he was, how important he was to our Franchise group, and how truly rare of a person he was. Dustin was engrained into our Dunkin' family and for the six years spent with us he made endless connections and memories that will never be forgotten. His memory lies within our walls. It is engrained into our stores and will be cherished forever.

In honor of Sgt. Dustin Demonte we are creating a fund that will go directly to his family, a family that has worked with our group for years. Dustin's brother, Phil, and his sister, Makayla, have been a part of our Dunkin' family as well. We are so thankful to have known him and to suppot his family in this way. We send our thoughts, prayers, and love to his wife, Laura, and his beautiful children.

In lieu of donations we are gifting a special made bracelet in Dustin's memory. Dustin would often say "It is what it is". His infectious positivity and calm demeanor made Dustin one of the kindest and rarest souls we have had the honor to work alongside and get to know. Once the bracelets are available they will be gifted to each donation made.
