Jose Irizarry unexpectedly passed away May 5, 2015. Jose leaves friends and family including a brother and two sisters.
Jose's wonderful sense of humor, caring heart and loving personality will be missed.
Jose began a new job just a few days prior to his death. Because he had just joined a new company, Jose did not have health insurance or the finances to cover costs for an emergency occurrence.
