In Honor of Kassandra Acedo
Kassandra Acedo was a vibrant woman who touched the lives of many with her warmth, sincerity, and a tremendous smile that, as anyone who ever met her will tell you, filled rooms with joy.
Kassy was a warrior, and she valiantly fought against cancer for more than two years. Even in the midst of her battle, she always put on a brave face. She focused on being positive and on ensuring her loved ones felt her unconditional love.
In addition to her loving husband Adam, family and friends, Kassy leaves behind her two greatest joys in life – her son, Noah (9), and daughter, Ava (6). A testament to how amazing a woman and mother she was, Kassy spent her final weeks happily planning Ava’s 6th birthday party.
To honor that dedication to her family, we are establishing this college fund to support Noah and Ava in their educational endeavors. This fund is supported by the Acedo and Garibay families.
